This program requires your intent to live and work in Ontario permanently.

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) – Express Entry & Occupations In-Demand

1. Have you submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the SINP?
2. Do you have at least one year of full-time paid work experience in a high-skilled occupation (NOC 0, A, or B) related to your field of education?
3. Have you completed a post-secondary education program (degree, diploma, or certificate)
4. If your education was completed outside Canada, do you have an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report?
6. Do you meet the minimum 60 points out of 100 on the SINP points assessment grid?

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) – Skilled Worker Overseas

1. Do you have any connections to Manitoba?
Tip: Work or education in Manitoba also counts as a connection. Please answer the next questions to help assess your eligibility.
2. Have you worked in Manitoba for at least six consecutive months?
3. Have you completed a post-secondary education program in Manitoba?
